The Palms at Corozal was our first subdivision in Belize, initially developed in 2012 with 49 residential lots, and is located adjacent to what we later developed into The Enclave at The Palms. With the main entrance directly on Serenity Road, you have access to the same great infrastructure as the owners at The Enclave and the community is home to a sizeable number of both year- round as well as seasonal residents.

While the subdivision has been sold out since 2016, we do on occasion get lots available for resale, so please contact us for more information – prices tend to go from $12,000 and upwards, depending on lot size and location.
